Directly supervise all regional directors, program managers, and monitoring and evaluation team.

Executed successful $8.4M conservation farming initiative for 60,000 smallholder farmers managing 32 national staff. 

Recruited, hired and managed 32 local country staff to implement the project.

Successfully executed $8.1M dairy development project with 26 staff in Tanzania a $5M dairy development project with 16 staff in Malawi by matching the USAID funds 1:2, and a $8.5M alternative development project with 15 staff in Colombia.  

Executed local grants programs to execute through local partners.

Implemented through 14 local private sector input supplier businesses in Malawi, in feed manufacturing, veterinary services, and pharmaceuticals, cattle breeding, and small-scale accounting services.  

Developed partnerships with local private sector, local and international non-profits, government and universities to multiply impact results.
